What actually happens

Faced with that number, capable people stall. They read airline recruitment posts, join aviation groups, watch videos, and never begin, because every visible door asks for money they do not have yet.

The failure mode is not ability. It is drift: no sequence, no deadline, no peers, nobody to ask at 23:00, and nothing to show for six months.

The exception

Theory costs almost nothing to do well, and it can be finished years before the flying money exists. It is also the stage nobody serves you at.

So we separated ground school from flight school, priced it at what a student in Freetown can actually pay, and wrapped it in a club.

Lesson 1 is free and needs no account. You read about 900 words on why the air holds you up, answer eight questions, and see that score against the real pass mark.

Seven minutes in, a number tells you that the thing you assumed was closed to you is not. Everything else we build exists to earn that sentence the right to be believed: the citations, the real pass marks, and a refusal to congratulate you.

We never guess. When the Tower has no cited source, it says so and names the authority who does.
